BMX Motocross Freestyle
BMX motocross freestyle is a BMX sport whose competitors perform stunts and tricks on a BMX bike. BMX motocross freestyle consists of five disciplines:
Street
BMX motocross freestyle street riding involves maneuvers on obstacles or props that are usually man-made such as stairs, ledges, walls, handrails, and curbs.
Park
This discipline takes place in a skatepark usually made of concrete, wood, or metal.
Vert
This BMX motocross freestyle event is done in a large halfpipe or ramp; both faces of the ramp are vertical at the top.
Trails (or dirt jumping)
On trails, obstacles and ramps are built out of compacted mud.
Flatland
Riders who specialize in this BMX motocross freestyle discipline generally don’t do any of the other disciplines.
